4. What is an unboxing video and why is it needed?

An unboxing video is a continuous, unedited recording from the moment you open the sealed package. It must show the shipping label, product being removed, and any defect or issue clearly. This video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to process damage or wrong-item claims. Without it, such claims cannot be handled.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking details via Email or WhatsApp. Use the provided tracking ID on the respective carrier’s portal to monitor delivery status.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
