Return & Exchange Eligibility
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for personal-use items (e.g., jewelry, skincare, undergarments) or items marked non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
Mandatory Unboxing Video

To qualify for a return, replacement, or to report a damaged/wrong item, you must provide a clear unboxing video:

  • Start recording before opening the sealed package.
  • Show the shipping label, product unboxing, and the issue clearly.
  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and shared within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, damage-related claims cannot be processed.

Refunds
  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
