Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns are not accepted for personal-use items (e.g., jewelry, skincare, undergarments) or
items marked non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.
- Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To qualify for a return, replacement, or to report a damaged/wrong item, you must provide a clear
unboxing video:
- Start recording before opening the sealed package.
- Show the shipping label, product unboxing, and the issue clearly.
- The video must be continuous, unedited, and shared within 24 hours of
delivery.
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, damage-related claims cannot be processed.
